Gather your Proof of Purchase (dated sales receipt or order confirmation) to validate your coverage window, which begins from the date of purchase.
Verify that the failure is due to a non-human quality issue; for hardware defects confirmed within the first 30 days, you may be eligible for a full refund or a brand-new replacement.
Perform a Full Data Backup and erase all personal information from the device. Ulefone assumes no liability for data loss during the inspection or repair process.
Capture clear photos or videos of the defect to assist the customer service team with their evaluation. Note that damage from human factors (falls, water ingress into unsealed ports, etc.) will transition the claim to a paid repair service.
Review software compatibility; if a malfunction is caused by a third-party app, try remote troubleshooting first, as software-related issues that can be resolved remotely are not deemed factory quality defects.
Reach out to the team directly via the official support email or the online chat feature to obtain a mandatory Service RMA Number before shipping any items.
Once you receive your RMA and the designated shipping address, mail the device and provide the tracking information immediately to ensure the warehouse can sign for and process your return.
After the repair is finalized, the team will ship the device back to you; note that during the warranty period, the customer typically pays for return shipping to the center, while Ulefone covers the shipping cost of the repaired unit back to the buyer.
Ulefone offers a standard 12-month free repair warranty for smartphones, covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase.
