Check for "Voiding Conditions" such as liquid damage (internal indicators), unauthorized rooting, or accidental damage from drops, which are not covered under the standard quality guarantee.
Initiate your claim by submitting a Support Ticket through the official REDMAGIC Help Center or by emailing the support team directly with your order details and evidence.
Once your request is approved, you will receive shipping instructions for your region; for European customers, repairs are typically handled by authorized centers like VSP DATA in the Czech Republic.
After the service is complete, your device will be shipped back to you; note that if the device is found to be out-of-warranty or damaged by human factors, you will be charged for the inspection and repair costs.
