  • Visit the Zosi Help Center to browse troubleshooting videos and guides, which can often resolve software-related issues or connectivity hurdles without needing a return.

  • Contact the technical support team via email or WhatsApp to open a diagnostic case; you will likely need to provide a screenshot or video describing the specific hardware problem.

  • Ensure your system is running the latest firmware via the AVSS client or mobile app, as many reported "defects" are often resolved through official software updates.

Step 3:

  • If a hardware defect is confirmed, obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from the technician; do not ship your product back without this authorization.
