Secure a digital copy of your original order number and purchase receipt from the ZOSI official store or an authorized retailer, as these are mandatory to prove the start date of your coverage.
Confirm that the product has not been tampered with or modified by unauthorized parties, as ZOSI does not cover damages caused by personal unauthorized behavior or the use of non-original parts.
Visit the Zosi Help Center to browse troubleshooting videos and guides, which can often resolve software-related issues or connectivity hurdles without needing a return.
Contact the technical support team via email or WhatsApp to open a diagnostic case; you will likely need to provide a screenshot or video describing the specific hardware problem.
Ensure your system is running the latest firmware via the AVSS client or mobile app, as many reported "defects" are often resolved through official software updates.
If a hardware defect is confirmed, obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from the technician; do not ship your product back without this authorization.
Package the defective item including its original accessories and components using a trackable shipping method to ensure it reaches the ZOSI warehouse safely for inspection.
