  • Access the Product Registration page on the official website to link your device to your account; this is the primary way to secure an additional extended guarantee for your hardware.

  • Keep a digital copy of your original sales invoice or order number from the official store or authorized sellers, as this serves as the definitive proof of your coverage start date.

Step 2:

  • Visit the Help Center to perform initial troubleshooting using the extensive knowledge base, which can often resolve common configuration or firmware-related issues remotely.

  • Open a diagnostic case through the official support channels; provide high-resolution photos or videos of the defect to allow technicians to confirm the hardware failure.

  • Verify that the product has not been disassembled or modified without authorization, as internal tampering or the installation of unofficial firmware will render the hardware claim invalid.

Step 3:

  • If a defect is confirmed, fill out the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form provided by the technical team; you must receive this authorization before returning any hardware.

  • Pack the defective product securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and cables, to ensure it meets inspection criteria and is protected during transit.

  • Share the tracking number with the technical team once shipped; the team will verify the defect and arrange for a repair or a replacement unit with an equal or similar model to restore your system.
