  • Use the integrated Service Center Locator on the website to identify the nearest authorized Zeb Care or Priority Zeb Care center, noting whether your specific model qualifies for onsite support or requires a physical visit.

  • Documentation is key, so take a clear digital photograph of your invoice and a short video of the malfunction to provide the technical team with a visual reference that can speed up the diagnostic process.

Step 3:

  • Present the defective product along with the original tax invoice at your chosen authorized service center, where a certified technician will conduct a physical inspection to confirm the hardware meets the warranty criteria.

  • Obtain your official Job Sheet or RMA number once the center accepts the product, as this document is essential for tracking your repair status and is required to claim your device once the work is complete.
