3 Simple Steps for Worcester Bosch Warranty Claim:

Step 1:

  • In order to claim the guarantee provided by Worcester Bosch, you need to provide five types of details: installation, product, customer, installer, review, and confirmation for the registration, which is a step-by-step process.

  • The guarantee certificate includes the boiler product name and serial number, so please download it. It provides you with necessary information whenever you are in need and access to the manuals round the clock.

  • The warranty duration initiates upon installation, ensuring that the product is installed within six months of its manufacturing date. Alternatively, if not installed within six months of the product's manufacturing date, the warranty period will begin six months after the said manufacturing date.

Step 2:

  • Two different booking options are provided for repair and service. Boiler repair can be done as you choose the type of repair you want to go for. The technicians provide repairs for boilers that are covered or not covered by the guarantee.

  • Similar steps are followed for the boiler service. By enrolling in a Worcester Maintenance & Support Plan to safeguard both your Worcester boiler and controls, you gain the convenience of scheduling your service online.

Step 3:

  • For all your queries to be resolved, you are requested to get in touch with the talented and experienced customer support team. They are branched into general, technical, and renewable support.

  • Connect with a dedicated customer care center advisor promptly through live chat. Make use of the live chat feature by utilizing the icon located in the bottom right-hand corner.

  • During the warranty process, Worcester Bosch may provide you with one of the following solutions: either a warranty replacement or warranty service during the warranty period.

What is NOT covered under the Worcester Bosch Warranty?

The guarantee does not cover certain scenarios and components, including products installed on permanently moored houseboats, which are only covered for parts, with labor costs not included due to the required professional qualifications of the attending engineer. Consumable items subject to fair wear and tear, such as oil nozzles, hoses, oil filters, gaskets, and batteries, are also excluded, as specified in the manufacturer's operation manual. Additionally, external system components like radiators, water, gas, and oil pipelines/services, electric wiring, pumps, fire valves, third-party filters, controls, building management systems, and water and oil storage tanks are not covered. Damage resulting from system design, faulty installation, theft, tampering, lack of maintenance, misuse, non-compliance with manufacturer's instructions, accidents, fires, floods, explosions, lightning, storms, and adverse weather conditions is excluded from the guarantee. Unauthorized repairs, damage caused by water quality, or external factors leading to scale, sludge, blockages, or associated rectification costs are not covered. The guarantee also excludes upgrading or improvement work required by legislation or current manufacturing standards, attending to the product for user education, and carrying out maintenance tasks the user is responsible for as outlined in the manufacturer's operation manual. Finally, damaged products should not be installed to qualify for guaranteed coverage.
