Step 1:

  • Bikes that have defects during the warranty period will be thoroughly examined by the Authorized Norco Dealer who sold them to ease the warranty process with Norco Bicycles. Your sole responsibility is to contact them.

  • The second preference should be given to the original retailer in case you are not able to locate the Authorized Norco dealer. On the original website, the store locator guides you to find them.

Step 2:

  • Enrolling your bike will safeguard the serial number and original proof of purchase, akin to storing valuables in a bank locker. It acts as a medium to transfer any updates about your new bike.

  • During the registration process for both the dealer and rider, a small amount of information will remain constant, including contact details such as name, email, and address, as well as the serial number and receipt.

Step 3:

  • You are recommended to obtain the serial number from the decal. If it lacks a serial number, you may need to download a free QR code reader onto your smartphone or another device equipped with a camera.

  • The help center has been enhanced with a variety of options to assist you in numerous ways,  from choosing products to receiving technical information, torque, specs, and more.

Norco Bicycles Warranty Period:

  • 1-year limited warranty on finish and graphics, and norco-branded components

  • 2-year limited warranty on full suspension hardware, and Norco proprietary VLT E-Bike warranty components

What is covered under the Norco Bicycles Warranty?

Norco Bicycles promises that its frames and rigid forks are devoid of manufacturer defects in materials and craftsmanship for the entirety of their usable life, provided the original proof of purchase is presented. For all Norco Bicycle models released in 2014 or later, Norco Bicycles commits to repairing or replacing any frame or rigid fork deemed faulty due to manufacturing, materials, or craftsmanship, subject to the presentation of the original proof of purchase. The limited lifetime warranty provided does not cover the following: Regular wear and tear, such as color fading, corrosion, or damage due to improper assembly or maintenance. Modifications to the frame, fork, or components, including any aftermarket frame wraps causing damage to the paint or finish, are also not covered. Additionally, any damage resulting from accidents, abuse, neglect, improper use, or fit, as well as the use of non-original parts inconsistent with the bicycle's intended purpose upon sale, are excluded from the warranty.
