For all Norco Bicycle models released in 2014 or later, Norco Bicycles commits to repairing or replacing any frame or rigid fork deemed faulty due to manufacturing, materials, or craftsmanship, subject to the presentation of the original proof of purchase. This limited lifetime warranty encompasses framesets, mainframes, and full suspension link arms.

2-year limited warranty on full suspension hardware, and Norco proprietary VLT E-Bike warranty components
The limited lifetime warranty provided does not cover the following: Regular wear and tear, such as color fading, corrosion, or damage due to improper assembly or maintenance. Modifications to the frame, fork, or components, including any aftermarket frame wraps causing damage to the paint or finish, are also not covered. Additionally, any damage resulting from accidents, abuse, neglect, improper use, or fit, as well as the use of non-original parts inconsistent with the bicycle's intended purpose upon sale, are excluded from the warranty. Commercial or rental use, along with non-Norco proprietary parts or components, are not covered under this warranty.
