You can initiate the warranty claim by contacting the customer support team and filling out the form, which requires your name, physical address, email address, phone number, invoice number, and a comment box.
The Pure Promise is a comprehensive 5-year protection plan, rewarding customers who do not file any claims throughout the coverage period with an in-store credit equivalent to the warranty amount.
To qualify for a full refund, products that fail to meet your expectations must be returned within seven days of pickup or delivery. Taxes paid and the cost of any additional protection or warranty programs purchased will be included in the refund.
For cash payments exceeding $250, refund checks are issued by the Corporate Office and typically take up to ten days to reach you via mail sent by the store. Refunds for digital transactions will be deposited in the original form of payment.
Your warranty is tailored to the brand of mattress and/or box spring you've bought. Kindly consult the warranty card provided with your merchandise upon pickup or delivery.
If the identical item is unavailable, Value City Furniture/American Signature Furniture will provide an in-store credit for the purchase of new merchandise.

Under normal usage conditions, Value City Furniture/American Signature Furniture will perform repairs on any workmanship defects free of charge for the original purchaser within one year from the date of possession of the original purchase.

Warranty coverage excludes furniture that has been extensively soiled, stained, intentionally misused, altered, improperly cleaned, infested, damaged in transit, or otherwise damaged in a manner unrelated to a defect in the product's workmanship.
