Creating a user account on Roomba is just like the procedure for any other brand. Your first and last name, email address, password, and country are all that you need to create one.
Registering your products is an important procedure that has to be done immediately after purchasing any of the products of Roomba as it will diminish your warranty rights if not done.
Registration can be done only through your user account with all the necessary product and purchase details.
You have to remember that Roomba has the power to reject products returned after sixty days from the shipment date. Gift wrapping and shipping charges never fall under the refund category.
You will be able to obtain a prepaid return shipping label after making a return request. This request should be made by selecting the products you want to return, which can be found in the account section where you can also find the order number.
Roomba maintains a diverse customer support and they are always there to coordinate with you to resolve all your concerns and issues at the earliest possible time.
For this purpose, They have separate pages for registering your device, troubleshooting, getting app help, and guides for using your product.
