Step 2:

  • In case you find any of their products defective, you are free to claim a warranty with all the necessary date of product installation, together with the name of the dealer, proof of purchase, proof of property ownership, and transfer information as requested. This must be done within 25 days of discovery of the claim. 

  • Their experts will evaluate the problem and send you a return authorization form and other procedures you will have to follow to send the product to their place for inspection. They will then inspect the product and provide a proper remedy.

What is covered under the Alside Warranty?

Alside warranty policy applies to:

  • Covers defects in materials or workmanship identified during the warranty period.
  • Applies only to products installed according to Alside’s specifications and under normal use conditions.
  • Any qualifying defect found during the warranty period will be repaired or replaced at Alside's sole discretion.
  • All replacement products provided by Alside are covered for the remaining warranty period of the original product.

What is NOT covered under the Alside Warranty?

Alside Warranty deos not apply to:

  • Defects caused by improper handling, cleaning, maintenance, or installation not following Alside’s instructions.
  • Damage due to accidents, acts of God, misuse, abuse, or any circumstances beyond Alside's control.
  • Damage to the capillary tube or defects related to unauthorized accessories or normal wear and tear.
  • The warranty does not cover the application of after-market products, such as tints, films, or protective coatings.
