  • Your name, residential address, contact information, type of device you own, serial number, date of purchase and installation, and retailer's name have to be submitted. A file should be uploaded with the message to contact them.

Step 2:

  • If you have issues or malfunctions with the appliances, the serial number will be helpful in getting the operating instructions and other information related to the appliances. Certain appliance issues can be resolved without requiring formal repair.

  • Saving your watchlist, listing, and rating of the appliances can be done after the registration by providing the necessary information.

Step 3:

  • Returns are only accepted with prior agreement. If goods delivered earlier are returned, V-ZUG AG retains the right to deduct a minimum of 10% of the goods' value based on their condition.

  • In the event, you are a B2B customer, you will be able to receive detailed product data, catalogs, brochures, planning aids, price lists, and other relevant information.

  • During the warranty process, V-ZUG may provide you with one of the following solutions: either a warranty replacement or warranty service during the 2-year warranty period.

What is covered under the V-ZUG Warranty?

The company's guarantee extends to cover both material and manufacturing defects. Throughout the warranty period, any identified defects will be addressed without incurring charges, encompassing labor and travel expenses, along with replacement materials. V-ZUG retains the authority to choose between repairing or replacing the product with an equivalent item, or alternatively, refunding the full purchase price, based on its sole discretion.

What is NOT covered under the V-ZUG Warranty?

The warranty excludes damages arising from transportation, mishandling, storage, or installation of the appliance in violation of specifications, improper usage, insufficient care (e.g., scratches on aesthetic components like door glass, hob glass, and enameled parts), normal wear and tear, external influences, consequential and indirect damages resulting from appliance malfunctions, force majeure, and factors beyond V-ZUG's control. Furthermore, any maintenance conducted by a non-authorized service provider and the use of spare parts other than original V-ZUG spare parts will nullify the obligations under the guarantee.
