Throughout the warranty period, any identified defects will be addressed without incurring charges, encompassing labor and travel expenses, along with replacement materials. V-ZUG retains the authority to choose between repairing or replacing the product with an equivalent item, or alternatively, refunding the full purchase price, based on its sole discretion.

The warranty excludes damages arising from transportation, mishandling, storage, or installation of the appliance in violation of specifications, improper usage, insufficient care (e.g., scratches on aesthetic components like door glass, hob glass, and enameled parts), normal wear and tear, external influences, consequential and indirect damages resulting from appliance malfunctions, force majeure, and factors beyond V-ZUG's control. Furthermore, any maintenance conducted by a non-authorized service provider and the use of spare parts other than original V-ZUG spare parts will nullify the obligations under the guarantee.
