MEC will not accept products unless they are in a resalable, new, unused, clean, or gently used condition and function like new. Some products should not be considered for return or exchange due to hygienic reasons.
The time period for returning electronics is 90 days. E-bikes received from the BC Electric Bike Rebate Program can only be exchanged for the same cost or greater value. In accordance with the Member Rocksolid Guarantee, an exchange is only provided if you are able to return the item.
The products purchased via thebay.com or without a member account have a thirty-day duration for returns from the date of purchase. You have to submit a receipt for return or exchange.
Returning the products through physical mail will take approximately five to six weeks to process the return. For warranty-related issues, a photo, details of the problem, and authentic purchase information are required.
MEC retains the right to alter or adjust any of the terms and conditions outlined in the Rocksolid Guarantee at any time, solely at MEC's discretion. MEC's decisions regarding the eligibility or ineligibility of an item for return are conclusive.

Normal wear and tear, damage from accidents, neglect, regular use, or misuse can contribute to the natural deterioration of items, and such instances are not covered by the guarantee policy.
