The guarantee policy of Lupine Pet offers a replacement for any Lupine Pet brand dog collars, leashes, or pet gear purchased initially, that has incurred accidental damage during typical pet-related activities, including incidents such as chewing accidents.

What is NOT covered under the Lupine Pet Warranty?

The guarantee does not extend coverage to products that are lost, outgrown, fully functional, simply dirty or stinky, or exhibiting normal wear and tear, including fading. Additionally, intentional damage or damage resulting from repeated activity, which is not accidental, is not covered. Items that were donated, sponsored, or received as part of a free promotion are also excluded from the guarantee. Replacement items are only provided under the terms of the guarantee.
