What is covered under the Equator Advanced Appliances Warranty?

Equator Advanced Appliances commits to the consumer-owner to either repair or, at their discretion, replace any component of this product that demonstrates defects in workmanship or materials when used for normal personal, family, or household purposes in the USA and Canada. The warranty extends for a duration of one year from the original purchase date. For commercial use, the product is covered by a 90-day warranty. Within this timeframe, they will provide all necessary labor and parts to rectify such defects at no cost, provided that the appliance has been installed and operated in accordance with the instructions provided with the appliance. It is the responsibility of the consumer-owner to ensure ready access to the appliance for servicing.

What is NOT covered under the Equator Advanced Appliances Warranty?

Equator Advanced Appliances shall not, under any circumstances, be held responsible for incidental or consequential damages, or damages arising from external factors such as abuse, misuse, incorrect voltage, or acts of nature. This warranty does not encompass service calls unrelated to defects in workmanship or materials covered by this warranty. Therefore, any costs associated with diagnosing and repairing issues that do not pertain to defective workmanship or materials shall be the responsibility of the consumer-owner.
