  • For evaluation, the Authorized Stockist will send the products given by customers to Tontine, and they require that your products should be in the original packaging, with the cardboard folded between them.

Step 2:

  • All products are permitted to be returned only when found to be faulty, not for a change of mind or incorrect purchase. Return and exchange policies may vary among different stores.

  • In case you receive a damaged item, it should be reported within five days of your order being delivered to facilitate a replacement. You can expect an exchange or refund for the damaged, faulty, or incorrectly shipped products only.
