Sylvania always warrants each of its products will be free from any type of defects in workmanship and material during the specified warranty subject to the terms and conditions in practice. The period immediately commences from the date of delivery. Hence Sylvania will repair or replace the product according to the problem only at their sole discretion. The product that has been used in accordance with the given Product and application specifications; has been installed and put into service in a professional manner (according to the installation instructions); not having exceeded temperature and voltage limits; exposed to any mechanical stresses and strains that are not in accordance with its intended purpose and/or chemical environment; that is not been modified or altered; has been installed by a professionally qualified installer and has been installed with a compatible control system where applicable are always covered by the claim.
Sylvania’s limited warranty does not cover any damages due to drop, modifications, misuse, alterations, no care & maintenance, abnormal use or acts of God; expenses or costs made for removal or re-installation of the Products; software defects, bugs or viruses; failure caused by flood, fire or lightning strike of the installation and consequential damages (such as but not limited to loss of profits/revenue or damage to property). Additionally, Sample products will never be considered in the claim and all parts subject to wear and tear, such as mechanical parts and fans used for active heat dissipation in products are also excluded.
