  • During the warranty process, LifeProof may offer you one of the following solutions: warranty replacement or warranty service. The warranty period is usually one year for all products.

Step 2:

  • It is necessary to visit the official website of Lifeproof using a web browser to register a product.

  • On the website, locate a link or tab labeled "Warranty," "Support," or "Warranty Information" and click on it.

  • On the warranty page, locate the registration option, which may be a button or hyperlink.

  • Once the registration option has been identified, the product must be registered in order to proceed with the registration process.

Step 3:

  • In order to register with LifeProof, please complete the following fields with accuracy:

  • Product name, model number, serial number, purchase date, upload or submit proof of purchase (receipt or invoice), digital or physical copy of proof of purchase (digital).

  • Fill in any additional information required on the registration form (personal details, contact information, address). 

  • Submit the completed registration form to complete the LifeProof warranty claim process.

  • LifeProof may send you a confirmation email or a printed warranty document upon completion of registration. Please keep this for future reference and to serve as evidence of registration.
