Step 1:

  • Swan Appliances suggests you register your product within 30 days of purchase and provide valid proof of purchase to qualify for warranty claims. The product's user manual outlines the specific warranty duration for your item.

  • Kindly verify the appliance's model number, which can be found on the rating label and starts with an 'S.'

  • Along with this, attach proof of purchase, provide a description of the fault, and include any relevant images or a brief video clip that could assist them in identifying the issue.

Step 2:

  • Should your product exhibit faults within the initial 30 days of ownership, you have the option to request a complete refund or a replacement. A complimentary returns label will be provided for faulty goods returned to them. However, any expenses incurred for returning faulty goods at your own cost will not be reimbursed.

  • In the event that you identify a fault within the initial six months of purchase and attempts at repair or replacement prove unsuccessful, you retain the right to reject the goods. This entitles you to either a full refund or a reduction in price if you decide to keep the product.

  • They will issue a refund for the majority of goods as long as they are returned to them within 30 days of receipt, in their original packaging, and in unused, complete condition.

Step 3:

  • Upon receipt and processing of your product into the system, you can anticipate receiving an email notification regarding either your refund or exchange. Reimbursements will be credited back to the initial payment method used for the purchase.

  • The customer service team has addressed nearly all categories. You can locate responses to inquiries regarding delivery, orders, product care and availability, payments, promotions, rewards, and technical support.

  • During the warranty process, Swan Appliances may provide you with one of the following solutions: either a warranty replacement or warranty service during the warranty period. Excluding large appliances and commercial products, all other products have a 2-year warranty.

Swan Appliances Warranty Period:

  • 2-year warranty excluding larger appliances and commercial products
