  • The technician team will not start the service for your product unless you make a service request by providing them with your name, proof of purchase, service address, phone number, email, and an attachment of photos and videos along with a short explanation.

  • The job log will be initiated by Studio Bagno for the service after they receive the service request form. They will get back to you within 24 hours.

Step 2:

  • A 90-day period from the date of product delivery has been set as the timeframe for returning the product to the Studio Bagno warehouse. Products in excellent condition should never be returned.

  • Specially made orders and products supplied against project quotas will be rejected in the event you return them. All returns will incur a 25% return fee.

What is covered under the Studio Bagno Bathware Warranty?

If a product with a visible defect is installed, Studio Bagno may still replace it under warranty, but the cost of labor will be the responsibility of the customer or installer. The date of purchase is assumed as the commencing date of the warranty period.

What is NOT covered under the Studio Bagno Bathware Warranty?

The warranty will be void if the customer is unable to provide proof of purchase for the product. Additionally, if items are not installed by a licensed installer, particularly for products connected to water lines requiring a licensed plumber, the warranty will not apply. Custom alterations made by installers to products, such as modifications to cisterns or valves, will also invalidate the warranty. Damage to ceramic or metal parts caused by abrasive cleaners or cleaning agents containing chlorine or acids, as well as failure to comply with Studio Bagno's cleaning instructions, will void the warranty. In the case of valves, if they are running due to lines not being flushed, the warranty will not apply. Lastly, fixing basins to tops or walls with epoxy resin will also result in the warranty being voided.
