What is covered under the Rogerseller Warranty?

The warranty applies to products that experience operational failure or defects within the warranty duration, under typical usage conditions, due to material or workmanship faults. Rogerseller may, at its discretion, either replace the product or its components, or repair the product or its components using new, pre-owned, or reconditioned replacement parts.

What is NOT covered under the Rogerseller Warranty?

The warranty excludes coverage for any alterations, modifications, or disassembly of the product. It also does not cover instances where the product is used in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose or contrary to the provided instructions, including maintenance guidelines. Additionally, the warranty does not extend to cases of abuse, misuse, negligence, deliberate damage, or vandalism. Corrosion resulting from environmental factors or chemical treatments, as well as damage caused by fire, accidents, theft, or while the product is being transported, is not covered. Furthermore, damage from external sources such as blown fuses, power outages, or faulty installations is not included.
