Step 1:

  • If any of their products fail to meet your expectations or for product-specific warranty inquiries, please reach out to Stormtech. Their knowledgeable customer service team will handle your inquiry with professionalism.

  • Your name, email, subject, and message must be submitted compulsorily in the contact form as these fields are mandatory.

Step 2:

  • According to the Australian Consumer Law, you have the right to receive a replacement or refund for a major failure, as well as compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

  • You also have the right to have the goods repaired or replaced if they do not meet acceptable quality standards, provided that the failure is not considered a major one.

Step 3:

  • Returns will be accepted for any stock orders within a 6-month period from the invoice date, provided that the items are in the same condition as when they left Stormtech. Stormtech does not accept returns for Made to Length, Custom, or orders with special finishes.

  • To initiate the return of your goods, you must submit a credit claim to Stormtech's accounts team. Upon acceptance of the credit claim, you will be responsible for arranging the freight of the goods back to Stormtech. A restocking fee may or may not be applied according to your situation.

  • 10-year warranty on uPVC, stainless steel, electropolishing, and powder coating

Stormtech products are guaranteed to be free from any defects in materials and workmanship, subject to the terms and conditions outlined. All warranty periods commence from the date of purchase. The warranty covers only defects that result exclusively from faulty materials or workmanship.

What is NOT covered under the Stormtech Drains Warranty?

The warranty excludes defects resulting from various factors, including but not limited to the installation of products not following our installation instructions and guidelines or the appropriate standard (plumbing code AS3500) and relevant statutory and local requirements in the state or territory of installation; improper handling, cleaning, and maintenance as per individual product care statements; and accidental damage, alterations, or neglect of any kind.
