Step 1:

  • The Customer Care Center is ready and accessible to assist you with any questions regarding their products and to provide the necessary information you may need.

  • Customers who have purchased Shintenchi furniture have multiple options for filing a claim: either by phone or email. 

Step 2:

  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return the item. Returns will not be accepted after this 30-day period.

  • If you are reporting a quality issue, please provide your order number and attach clear photos of the item that clearly show the problem. All items must be returned in their original condition, free from scratches or signs of wear, and must not be resized or modified in any way.

Step 3:

  • After your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming that your item has been received. The email will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, they will issue a credit to your credit card or original payment method within 7 business days.

  • During the warranty process, Shintenchi Furniture may provide you with one of the following solutions: either a warranty replacement or warranty service during the warranty period.

What is covered under the Shintenchi Furniture Warranty?

The warranty provides coverage for any defects in materials or workmanship that arise during normal use, starting from the date of purchase. If your product malfunctions due to these issues, the warranty provider will handle repairs or offer a replacement at no cost to you. If your sofa bed has thin foam, a damaged backrest, unsupportive cushions, inadequate bedding, or sagging seat support, or if your sofa has sagging cushions, a loose or wobbly frame, or broken springs, Shintenchi Furniture will repair these issues.

What is NOT covered under the Shintenchi Furniture Warranty?

The warranty does not cover used or refurbished products, nor does it extend to any damage resulting from misuse or abuse. Additionally, modifications made to the product are not eligible for warranty coverage, and neither are lost or stolen items.
