Step 1:

  • Under any circumstances, never send the defective products to any third parties other than Satco for repairs or exchanges. While returning the defective products, you must include a return authorization number, which you can obtain from the customer care center.

  • Satco commits to repair or exchange the defective products after deciding that the complaints raised by customers are valid. 

Step 2:

  • The professionals considering returning the products must do so by submitting return requests within ninety days from the date of invoice. The RGA number must be enclosed in the return package.

  • Every returned product will undergo an inspection process following its receipt by Satco and has to be in new and resalable condition. 

Step 3:

  • The products that are delivered in damaged condition will be the responsibility of the carrier that delivers the products. In this kind of situation, there is no possibility of receiving credit for the damaged products from Satco.

  • You have a time period of five days from the date of delivery to report the visible and concealed damages of the products at the time of delivery on the bill of lading.

What is covered under the Satco Warranty?

The limited warranty encompasses any defects that may arise during the normal and recommended use of the product. Each product is guaranteed against material and workmanship defects for a specific period starting from the date of purchase. If there is a defect found in this product, Satco's sole responsibility, and the exclusive solution available to you, is either the repair or replacement of the product at the discretion of Satco.

What is NOT covered under the Satco Warranty?

The warranty provided by Satco does not cover loss or damage to the product resulting from abuse, mishandling, alteration, accidents, electrical current fluctuation, or failure to adhere to the operating, maintenance, or environmental instructions provided by SATCO. If service is provided by someone other than SATCO or an authorized service provider, the warranty is void. Additionally, the warranty becomes void if the product is not used for its intended purpose or if installation instructions are not properly followed as indicated on the package.
