Step 1:

  • If you find any of your SanDisk products are not in proper working condition. You can initiate the SanDisk warranty claim by providing the necessary documents within the warranty period.

  • You will have to register your product first. It helps you know all about the current status of your product. All of your personal details along with your working email address and phone number should be given for further contact. 

Step 2:

  • Contact their support with proof of purchase (showing the date and place of purchase and name of the reseller) with product name, type and number in hand.

  • Support agents from their team will troubleshoot the device and determine its eligibility for replacement of warranty.

  • If the device is qualified for replacement, The agent will submit a Warranty Replacement request for approval.

  • You will receive two emails having approval information & a link to a complimentary UPS label with your return address on it.

Step 3:

  • SanDisk has a diverse customer support team who will help you with any of your questions and concerns from product registration, security, and order status to all SanDisk warranty claim.

  • They also have an informative FAQs page to educate their customers along with a “Submit A Case” page that is dedicated to submitting any of your problems in detail and getting the best guide and solution from the team.

  • During the warranty process, SanDisk may provide you with one of the following solutions: a warranty replacement or warranty service during the warranty period. Depending on the product, the warranty period varies from 2 to 5 years, 3 to 10 years, 1 year to lifetime, or 5 years to lifetime.
