ECCO offers their customers a limited 1-year warranty for all of their products purchased from their original website or from any of their authorized stores.
If you feel your product is defective and cannot return it to the original purchase place, You can initiate a claim on their website. Please visit their “Warranty Details” page.
Provide all the necessary details from your name and address, with a working email address along with details of the product like its weight, reason for the claim, purchase date, point of purchase and description of the product.
They will then process the shipment. ECCO will always inspect the product thoroughly to make a decision on the warranty claim.
If the shoes are deemed after the inspection, It becomes the property of ECCO and you will receive a credit voucher. Your shoes will be returned to you in the other case. ECCO’s decision will be the final.
It might take at least 5 weeks to complete the inspection process. Any product submitted should be in good condition.

ECCO’s warranty for a year covers most of the major issues you might face in the product. It includes problems in stitching; all hardware issues like eyelets, hooks, buckles and ornaments; issues in quality of leather(inconsistencies resulting in premature wear patterns); attachment of soles to upper and of components of soles to one another; GORE-TEX guaranteed to be waterproof for the lifespan of the product and problems in durability of outsole(deterioration, cracking, or splitting under normal wearing conditions).
As they have strict inspection, Products sent for ineligible claims will be rejected. It is good to not apply if the product is damaged due to material failure caused by excessive wear, unreasonable use, exposure to caustic chemicals, extreme heat, alterations, or abnormal wear related to occupation; all kinds of alteration; stitching or hardware failure due to being caught, hooked, snagged or other abnormal wearing accidents; poor fit; normal wear on soles or heels due to individual wear patterns, or heavy wear associated with occupation; GORE-TEX failure due to complete submersion in water or allowing the water to seep over the top of the footwear and no proper care in handling the leather.
