Step 1:

  • Your warranty claim will not be processed until you send your name, product number, color, size, a short description of the issue faced, images of the defective area, and a copy of the original proof of purchase to the specified email. You should get prior approval from the manufacturer to return the warranty shipments.

  • After your email containing the necessary details for a warranty claim is received, a warranty coordinator from the company will contact you. The purpose of this contact is to provide you with the subsequent instructions or steps needed to proceed with the processing of your warranty claim.

Step 2:

  • The standard return policy time period is 30 days from the purchase date. You are allowed to return unworn and unwashed products in their original state by attaching all tags intact within this time frame. Additionally, this period has been extended to an additional thirty days for holiday orders.

  • An email will be sent to you informing you about the receipt of your package and the approval of your refund. Roxy requests you to wait for 10-14 business days for your refund to be processed.

Step 3:

  • The products purchased from any third parties other than Roxy's official website and final sale items are not eligible for return. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Roxy will not offer compensation for items sent incorrectly.

  • On weekdays, the customer support team can be reached via phone or the provided form. At the end of the form, you need to attach the file.

  • During the warranty process, Roxy may provide you with one of the following solutions: either a warranty replacement or warranty service. The warranty period varies depending on the product.
