  • After your email containing the necessary details for a warranty claim is received, a warranty coordinator from the company will contact you. The purpose of this contact is to provide you with the subsequent instructions or steps needed to proceed with the processing of your warranty claim.

Step 2:

  • The standard return policy time period is 30 days from the purchase date. You are allowed to return unworn and unwashed products in their original state by attaching all tags intact within this time frame.
