Step 1:

  • The warranty claiming procedure fluctuates according to each product. However, the most commonly required document is a copy of your proof of purchase or receipt. Additionally, each product has a different warranty period.

  • You also have the right to have the goods repaired or replaced if they do not meet acceptable quality standards, and the failure does not constitute a major failure.

Step 2:

  • Rip Curl provides you with a 30-day time period from the date of purchase to initiate the return process. Products that have been used and are not in their original packaging with no tags cannot be returned.

  • The return policy does not accept gift cards or other tender types. When a refund is issued, it will be given using the same payment method or form of tender that was used in the original purchase.

Step 3:

  • Products bought from authorized third-party sellers should be returned to the specific reseller from whom the purchase was made.

  • Your queries will be solved by the customer care team promptly. The questions related to frequently asked questions, shipping information, return requests and policy, size guides, warranty, and care will be answered.

  • During the warranty process, Rip Curl may provide you with one of the following solutions: either a warranty replacement or warranty service. The warranty period is not the same for all products.

What is covered under the Rip Curl Warranty?

Warranties are applicable solely to items acquired through authorized Rip Curl retailers. Every product is warranted to be devoid of defects in both materials and workmanship from the initial date of purchase.

What is NOT covered under the Rip Curl Warranty?

The warranty does not cover damage arising from factors unrelated to defects in materials or workmanship. It also excludes normal wear and tear, such as scratches and fading, as well as damage caused by extended or excessive exposure to sunlight, improper handling or storage, and failure to follow the instructions provided with the product.
