Without any charges, you will be able to receive the replacement wheels, telescoping handles, carry handles, and side bumpers for the body of the hard case luggage having no cracks.
The replacement under the warranty period is sent to US mailing addresses. The only way to contact the customer service team is via email.
The customer support team works with the motive of providing instant solutions to the customers, and they are service-minded.
Customer service reserves the authority to make final decisions and to decline service if necessary.
The manufacturer assures that this product will be free from defects in materials and craftsmanship for five years from the date of the original purchase. If any such defect arises within the warranty period, Fox Luggage Inc., representing Rockland Luggage, will provide a replacement with a comparable model.
