The deadline for returning products is thirty days from the date of order receipt. Customer support provides return guidelines to individuals who contact them with the order number.
You will be notified via email about the processing stage of your return payment. Return shipping costs must be covered by you.
The manufacturer will not take more than five business days of receipt of the return to deposit the refunds and the refund is deposited to the original payment method.
Make sure to retain the original packaging for any items slated for return. Prior authorization from the customer service department is required for all returns before processing.
Products that sustain damage after use are ineligible for refunds unless explicitly covered under warranty.

The warranty does not extend to damages caused by accidents, alterations, or misuse outside of intended use. Additionally, it does not cover normal wear and tear, scratches, or stains. Furthermore, it is not valid for products purchased from unauthorized sellers or resellers.
