Cancel your purchase either by contacting RIMOWA in writing or by phone, or by returning the merchandise within the 30-day return period.
Return the item from the same country where it was originally delivered, as cross-country returns are not accepted.
Package the product securely and follow the return instructions provided by RIMOWA.
Once RIMOWA receives the returned merchandise, you will receive an email confirmation acknowledging receipt of the return.
Allow approximately 10–14 days for the refund to be processed after the returned item is received.
The refund will be issued to the original payment method and purchaser in the same currency used for the purchase.
