  • Verify the specific part requiring service; the warranty is focused on the electronic base and battery, while items like glass and atomizers have different or limited protections.

Step 2:

  • Visit the official Puffco Support page to access online tools and troubleshooting guides, as many performance issues can be resolved with a thorough cleaning or a firmware update.

  • CLEAN THE DEVICE: This is a critical step. Carriers require all items to be cleaned prior to mailing; uncleaned items may be disposed of or subject to a $100 cleaning fee.

  • Do not attempt to open the electronic base yourself; tampering with or opening the Puffco Peak base will immediately void your coverage.

Step 3:

  • Reach out to the team directly through the official warranty portal or via email to obtain a mandatory RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

  • Provide your receipt and a description of the defect; once an RMA is issued, Puffco will provide a pre-paid shipping label for users within the United States.

  • Ship only the part specifically requested by the support representative to the address provided on the label; once inspected and deemed defective, Puffco will repair or replace the item free of charge.
