Before beginning, confirm that your luggage issue is a result of a manufacturing flaw in materials or workmanship rather than "normal wear and tear." The protection plan specifically excludes damage caused by airlines (such as crushed frames or ripped fabric), cosmetic aging, or accidental misuse.
Ensure you have your original dated sales receipt or order confirmation ready; the warranty is typically offered to the original purchaser and requires proof of purchase from an authorized retailer to validate the claim.
If your bag was damaged during transit by an airline, you should file a claim with the carrier at the airport before leaving the terminal, as airline damage is generally not covered under the manufacturer's warranty.
To initiate the process, navigate to the specialized contact us portal on the official website to open a digital support ticket.
You must provide the model number or name of the collection (e.g., Revolution Plus, Gear Bag) and a clear description of the defect, such as "telescoping handle malfunction" or "seam separation."
High-quality photographs of the defect and the overall bag are required for assessment. This helps the technical team determine if the item can be repaired with replacement parts or if the entire unit needs to be replaced.
If the claim is approved, the company will, at its discretion, provide replacement parts for a DIY fix, direct you to an authorized repair center, or replace the bag if a repair is not feasible.
While submitting your request, you are highly encouraged to complete your claim via the Warranty Form. This ensures your purchase details are on file, making future technical support and part identification much faster.
Once the claim is processed, you will be responsible for shipping the bag to the designated repair facility; note that while the repair or replacement parts may be covered, shipping and handling fees are typically the responsibility of the owner.
Premium Collections (e.g., Revolution): Often carry a 10-Year Limited Warranty.
Standard Softside/Duffels: Typically 5 to 10 Years depending on the model.
Budget/Specialty Lines: May carry a shorter 1 to 3-year limited window.
