The guarantee scheme applies exclusively to the original purchasers or the first recipients of a gift. In cases where an exact product replacement isn't feasible due to unavailability, they may, at their discretion, provide an alternative product as a replacement or offer a credit for future purchases, with the credit amount not exceeding the customer's original purchase price for the exchanged item. Their guarantee concerning pantry products is specifically for spoilage within their shelf life, damage during shipping, or errors on their part. Products featuring the LTD symbol come with a limited guarantee, which encompasses satisfaction with the product, manufacturing defects, or damage during shipping, provided it's reported within 30 days of the shipping date.
