  • The Pampered Chef retains the right to decide whether to exchange, replace, or refund the product. You have to pay for the return packaging and any shipping charges out of your own pocket.

  • Refunds will be issued in the same manner as the original payment method. Normally, refunds are processed within a span of 14 business days.
