Before seeking a repair, access the official NUU Mobile support page to consult the digital user manuals and troubleshooting guides. You must verify that the issue is a manufacturer’s defect in materials or workmanship and not a result of accidental damage or software viruses.
Locate your device's IMEI number (found in Settings > About Phone or by dialing *#06#) and your Order ID. Contact NUU Mobile support or your authorized local distributor to obtain a Warranty Service Authorization. Claims submitted without prior authorization will not be processed by the service center.
Once your claim is authorized, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. For valid warranty claims, NUU Mobile requires the customer to ship the defective unit to a designated factory service center for verification.
Ensure all personal data is backed up and factory reset the device to protect your privacy. The package must include the RMA number clearly marked on the outside. Note that shipping to the service center must be prepaid by the customer, and it is highly recommended to use a trackable shipping method with insurance.
Upon delivery, NUU technicians will conduct a multi-point inspection to confirm the reported malfunction. If the defect is verified and covered under the terms, NUU will at its discretion repair the unit using genuine parts or replace it with a same or equivalent model.
For confirmed manufacturing flaws, the brand aims for a professional restoration of your device. If a replacement is granted, the hardware which may be a new or reconditioned unit Is covered for the remainder of your original one-year protection window.

You will need to provide your contact details, the phone model, purchase date, and the IMEI number (found on the box or by dialing *#06# on your device). Registration ensures your device is on file for future support and potential rewards, such as free cases for specific models
NUU Mobile typically offers a one-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty requires a valid proof of purchase. It does not cover accidental damage, liquid ingress, or unauthorized repairs
If your device is defective, you must contact NUU Mobile support to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Repairs are performed at their dedicated service center in Dallas, Texas. NUU Mobile offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. You can return a product within 30 days of the invoice date for a refund, provided it is in "as-new" condition with all original packaging and accessories. Note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Navigate to Settings > System > System Update (steps may vary slightly by model). Keeping your software updated ensures you have the latest security patches and feature improvements. If an update fails, ensure you are connected to Wi-Fi and have at least 50% battery.
NUU Mobile specializes in unlocked smartphones, primarily compatible with GSM carriers such as T-Mobile, AT&T, and their respective MVNOs (like Mint Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile). Always check the specific 4G/5G bands of your model against your carrier’s requirements.
For most models, you use a SIM tool to pop out the tray on the side of the device. For older or entry-level models with removable backs, you must power off the phone, remove the back cover and battery, and slide the SIM card into the designated slot according to the diagram.
First, perform a forced restart by holding the power button for 10-15 seconds. If the phone is slow, go to Settings > Storage to clear cached data or uninstall unused apps. If issues persist, NUU provides a Troubleshooting Form on their website for technical assistance.
Once your order ships, a tracking number is sent to the email address provided at checkout. You can also log into your NUU account or use the "Track Order" link in the footer of the website to see the current status of your shipment.
Orders placed on the US website (nuumobile.com) are currently only shipped to addresses within the United States. Customers outside the US are encouraged to find local authorized resellers in their specific region.
