You must verify that the device is suffering from a manufacturing defect in materials or workmanship rather than external factors like signal reception or voltage fluctuations.
Locate your model number and serial number on the original packaging or the rear panel of the TV. Contact the Sansui Customer Care hotline or email to register your complaint. A job registration number is mandatory to avail of any technical service.
Once your request is registered, Sansui facilitates an on-site inspection by a brand-authorized service partner. For "Dead on Arrival" (DOA) cases typically hardware failures occurring immediately after purchase authorized service centers will pick up the unit for replacement.
For standard returns or replacements within the initial 7-day window, ensure the product is in its original condition with all accessories, manuals, and packaging. If the product was delivered damaged, you must notify support within 2 days to be eligible for a fresh replacement.
If a repair is required, the authorized technician will either fix the unit at your home or transport it to a service center. For verified manufacturing flaws covered under warranty, Sansui will repair or replace parts free of charge. If a replacement unit is provided, it carries only the remaining duration of your original warranty period.
Once the service is finalized, ensure the technician provides a service report. For out-of-warranty repairs, the service carries a limited 30-day warranty from the date of receipt to ensure the specific issue remains resolved.

Typical Processing Time: Standard on-site inspections usually occur within 24 to 48 hours of registering a complaint. For replacement products, the brand typically ships the new unit within 7 working days once the return is approved.
Reason for Common Delays: Delays often occur if the original purchase invoice is not presented to the technician during the visit. Additionally, the lack of original packaging can stall the pickup process for replacement or return requests.
Helpful Tip to make the claim easier: Check your "Installation Status." If your TV was not installed by a Sansui-authorized partner, certain claims like "Gas Charging" (for ACs) or specific hardware issues may be charged even within the warranty period. Always use the toll-free number to book your initial installation.

Go to the Settings menu on your TV, select Network, and then choose Wi-Fi. Select your network from the list and enter the password. If you see a "No Internet" message, ensure your TV's Date and Time settings are set to "Network Provided" or updated manually, as incorrect time can block internet access.
Most modern Sansui Smart TVs come with built-in Chromecast or support screencasting via the Google Home App. Ensure both your mobile device and TV are on the same Wi-Fi network. For Coolita OS models, enable the "Cast" option in the TV settings and search for the device from your mobile's wireless display settings.
For Android/Google TVs, navigate to Settings > Device Preferences > About > System Update. For Coolita OS models, updates are delivered via OTA (Over-the-Air); go to Settings > System Update while connected to Wi-Fi to check for the latest firmware.
Check that your set-top box or external device is powered on. Ensure the HDMI or AV cables are securely plugged into both the TV and the source device. Use the Source/Input button on your remote to verify that the TV is set to the correct input (e.g., HDMI 1, AV).
If your TV is displaying feature banners (E-Pop), go to Settings > Device Preferences (or System) > Advanced Settings and turn off Shop Mode or Store Mode. This will return the TV to standard home viewing mode.
If the system is lagging or apps are crashing, you can reset the TV by going to Settings > System (or Device Preferences) > About > Factory Reset. Warning: This will erase all installed apps and personal data, restoring the TV to its original out-of-the-box settings.
To file a claim, call the customer support number (1800-419-3777) and select Option 3 from the IVR menu for repairs. You must present the original signed/stamped invoice and warranty card to the technician. Repairs must be carried out only by Jaina India Pvt. Ltd. authorized service centers to keep the warranty valid.
Warranty registration is mandatory to avail of benefits. You can register your product by downloading the Sansui Store App (available on Android and iOS) or by visiting the warranty section on the official website. You will need your Invoice/Order ID, Model Number, and Serial Number.
Sansui provides a 1-year comprehensive warranty on LED TVs and most physical goods. Specifically for Google and Android TVs, there is an additional 1-year extended warranty on the Panel. For Air Conditioners, the warranty typically includes 1 year comprehensive, 5 years on the PCB, and 10 years on the compressor.
