  • Verify your purchase date to confirm you are within the technical warranty period for phones or the specialized 2-week window for accessories like batteries and headsets.

  • Inspect your order immediately upon delivery; you must inform the support team of any defective or damaged items within 48 hours to ensure eligibility for a replacement or refund.

Step 2:

  • Record a detailed description of the technical problem. Note that the warranty covers issues like signal failure or software glitches, but excludes physical damage such as broken screens or liquid ingress.

  • Prepare clear evidence if your item is Dead on Arrival (DOA). For DOA claims reported within the first 5 days, Nubia will pay for the return shipment to the buyer; otherwise, a 50% re-stocking fee may apply.

  • Ensure the device is in "like-new" condition with no cosmetic changes. If you are requesting an exchange for a different model, a 30% re-stocking fee applies and the original unit must be completely unused.

Step 3:

  • Reach out to the team directly through the official support email to report your issue and receive specialized shipping instructions.

  • Pack the defective unit securely and include a paper containing your email address and a detailed description of the problem.

  • Ship the package using a safe method (Registered Mail is highly recommended to avoid customs taxes); provide the tracking number within 5 days of reporting the issue to avoid additional shipping fees or claim denials.
