The defective products manufactured by Nikon during the warranty period will be repaired by Nikon's professional team to restore them to their normal condition.
The repair service is provided by mail-in and in-person. The repair is supposed to be scheduled through the form by entering the product information, and serial number.
The return process involves initiating, packing, and shipping, all of which must be completed within a fourteen-day period of receipt of the RMA number from the customer support team. The time period to obtain an RMA number is also 14 days.
The Nikon store is the location where the products are to be returned with all accessories included in the package when they were delivered to you. You are entitled to have the shipping and processing charges for the flawed products.
An email is duly sent to you to let you know that the return has been received by Nikon. After the inspection is completed, the refund will be deposited in your bank account.
Nikon will require you to submit an email and password for account creation or product registration, which may occur subsequently.

Nikon assures that all products will be devoid of material and workmanship defects for the specified duration from the date of purchase by the original consumer from an authorized Nikon dealer.
The warranty will not cover any product that has been mishandled, abused, used inappropriately, neglected, modified, or involved in an accident, or if its serial number has been tampered with or removed. Additionally, this warranty excludes any defects or damages caused, either directly or indirectly, by the use of unauthorized replacement parts or services performed by unauthorized individuals.
