Neato Robotics reserves the right to utilize new, refurbished, or used parts in good working condition for repairing or replacing any product, at its discretion.
Any replacement product will be covered by warranty for the remaining duration of the original warranty period or thirty (30) days from the date of shipment of the replacement product, whichever is longer, or for any additional period mandated by applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
In certain jurisdictions, restrictions on the duration of implied warranties may not be permissible, thus the limitation outlined above might not be applicable to you.

Neato Robotics, Inc. guarantees to the original purchaser that your Neato Robotics hardware product, excluding batteries, will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the original date of purchase. This warranty is non-transferable and applies exclusively to the original purchaser.
The limited warranty excludes coverage for consumable parts such as batteries, filters, or brushes that undergo normal wear and tear, as well as issues or damage resulting from accidents, abuse, misapplication, unauthorized repair, modification, disassembly, or opening of the chassis of the Product. It also does not cover improper operation or maintenance, usage contrary to product instructions, connection to an improper voltage supply, negligent use or care, neglect, careless operation, or misuse of the Product. Furthermore, it excludes the use of consumables, parts, and accessories, including batteries, not produced or recommended by Neato Robotics, unless such restriction is prohibited by applicable law. The warranty does not cover failures to comply with environmental and storage requirements specified by the seller, or use of the Product in a commercial environment, as it is intended for residential use only. Additionally, to the fullest extent permitted by law, the limited warranty does not extend to Products used outside the country of purchase, those not bought from an authorized dealer of Neato Robotics, repaired or altered by parties other than Neato Robotics, Inc. or its authorized agents, with altered or removed serial numbers, or damaged due to external factors such as transit, weather, electrical outages, or power surges.
