Napoleon/Lynx stands by all their products and quality. But in the event of any unfortunate occurrence of defects in workmanship, they offer a warranty for all the products for a specific time period.
If you have any defects in your product, you can claim the warranty from the company. You have two options to initiate the process.
The seller requests you to register the warranty on their site. To complete the registration, you have to provide the unit’s owner's name, company name, address, phone number, model number, serial number, voltage, phase, date of purchase, installation date, and location of purchase.
After entering all the details accurately and submitting the form, an expert will reach out to you to guide you through the subsequent steps of the claiming process.
It is important to note that each registration is limited to a single operator. If you have another product requiring warranty registration, kindly go with a new registration.
Another option is to contact the Napoleon/Lynx store from which you purchased the product. Keep the serial number and purchase details handy to facilitate the evaluation and processing of the warranty claim process.
The company has dedicated a separate page that provides you with the contact numbers of their representatives to reach out to them. Simply hover the mouse over your location to find the customer support number.
Also, you can drop your queries in the general inquiry section (you can find them just below on the same page backlined above) and you will be assisted by their representative promptly.
