  • Various warranty options are offered for a wide range of products, including labor warranty, universal warranty, limited lifetime warranty, easy pro limited warranty, and Geocool 1st and 2nd generation warranties.

Step 2:

  • You must choose the type of warranty you wish to request. Please note that all warranty periods commence on the date of the initial installation. 

  • To make MRCOOL warranty claim or repairs, please get in touch with the installing contractor whose name is indicated on the equipment.

MRCOOL Warranty Period:

  • MRCOOL Advantage warranty policy includes a 2-year warranty for all parts, a 1-year warranty on the compressor, and a 1-year warranty on the remote control unit

  • MRCOOL limited lifetime warranty offers a 7-year unit replacement warranty specifically for the compressor and a 5-year warranty for all other parts

  • For the GeoCool Limited Labor Warranty, MRCOOL provides a 10-year warranty on parts and a 5-year warranty on labor
