To ensure your claim is valid, you must possess a verifiable proof of purchase; note that orders placed through third-party retail stores or unauthorized resellers may require you to contact the original seller first.
Before proceeding, verify that the product shows no signs of unauthorized disassembly, external modifications, or damage from external factors like power surges or high impacts, as these will void the coverage.
To initiate a claim, visitors should first use the Report Error feature within the Pit House software to generate a bug report number, which helps the technical team diagnose internal hardware or firmware issues.
You must then contact customer support by emailing their official support address with your order number, serial number, and the bug report number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
During the submission, customer support will require clear photo or video evidence of the reported damage or malfunction to verify the defect before authorizing any physical return for inspection.
Once customer support grants return permission, you will be instructed to ship the defective product to a designated service center; please note that consumers are generally responsible for the initial shipping costs to the center.
If the technical team confirms a manufacturing or quality-related defect, the company will cover the costs of testing, materials, labor, and the return shipping fees for the repaired or replaced unit.
In cases where a product is deemed not to be covered by the warranty, customer support will contact you with a repair quote or offer to return the product at your own expense.
