Carefully package the product, excluding batteries, memory cards, or straps, in a sturdy cardboard box with sufficient padding to prevent any impact damage during the journey to the service center.
Ship your package via a carrier that provides tracking and insurance, as the company is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged before they reach the official Repair Center in Edison, NJ.
Once the unit is evaluated, you will receive an email acknowledgment; if the defect is confirmed as a warranty issue, the repair or replacement will be completed and shipped back to you at no cost.
If the technicians determine the damage is not covered by the limited warranty, they will send a detailed cost estimate to your email, allowing you to approve or decline the service before any work begins.
