This limited warranty is applicable exclusively to the original end-user customer and is non-transferable. The term "original end-user customer" refers to the initial purchaser of ShowerGuard glass, who either installs the product in their own residence or property or engages a remodeler or contractor for the initial purchase and installation of ShowerGuard for their residence or property. It also encompasses the first buyer of a property containing ShowerGuard glass as a new installation. This Limited Warranty is valid for ShowerGuard glass purchases made after June 1, 2010. In the event that Guardian provides replacement ShowerGuard glass under this Limited Warranty, the warranty coverage will extend to the replacement glass. Guardian ShowerGuard glass is warranted for the original end-user customer against visible staining, corrosion, or discoloration under normal use for as long as the original end-user owns the shower in the original property where the shower enclosure was initially installed. This Limited Warranty exclusively covers ShowerGuard glass products installed in North America.

The warranty does not extend to cover issues like scratches, chips, breakage, or claims related to glass that has been discarded or damaged before being inspected by an authorized Guardian representative. Furthermore, this Limited Warranty becomes void if the ShowerGuard glass is damaged due to accidents, improper use, failure to adhere to Guardian's recommended cleaning, installation, or handling procedures, or any other causes beyond Guardian's control. Any alterations made to the product also nullify this Limited Warranty. Labor charges and other costs associated with the removal or reinstallation of either the original ShowerGuard glass or replacement glass are not covered by this Limited Warranty.
