  • ShowerGuard glass purchases made after June 1, 2010

What is NOT covered under the Guardian Glass Warranty?

Guardian Glass limited warranty does not cover the following:

  • Scratches, chips, breakage, accidents, improper use
  • Recommended cleaning, installation, or handling procedures are not followed
  • Any alterations, labor charges, or other costs
  • Extreme weather conditions, improper installation or construction/design flaws, exposure to harsh chemicals
  • Use of incompatible cleaning materials, contact with abrasive items inside insulated glass units
  • Claims related to glass discarded or damaged before inspection by an authorized Guardian representative
