Mercusys USA uses your Original Proof of Purchase to validate warranty eligibility. Keep a digital or physical copy of your receipt from authorized US retailers like Amazon, Newegg, or Walmart; without it, the warranty start date defaults to 3 months from the manufacturing date.
Find the Serial Number (S/N) and MAC address on the label under your device. This is mandatory for registering your claim and helps technical support verify the specific hardware version of your unit.
The warranty is only valid for products purchased and used within the United States from authorized sellers. International models or products bought from unauthorized third-party resellers are not covered by Mercusys USA.
Connect your system to the Mercusys App to run a diagnostic check. Many "performance issues" are often resolved by a simple firmware update or an automated channel optimization through the app.
Before filing a claim, hold the "Reset" button for 10 seconds. If the device remains unresponsive or fails to broadcast a signal after a factory reset, it confirms a potential hardware-level defect.
Note the status of the indicator lights (e.g., solid orange or blinking red). Providing these specific details to the technical team will significantly speed up your RMA approval.

If troubleshooting fails, the support team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Do not ship your device until you have received this official confirmation.
Package the device, its power adapter, and antennas securely. You are typically responsible for the shipping costs to the service center; Mercusys will then repair or replace the unit and return it to you at their expense.
Limited warranty: typically 2–3 years, depending on the product.
