Step 1:

  • Your warranty claim is looked after by the Blackbird Products Group which is the proprietor of the MAMMOTH brand. You can contact them with no hurdles through the form which includes your personal and product information.

  • You don't have to provide additional information unless the staff members ask for it, and they will likely respond to your request within three business days to let you know about the validation of the claim.

  • The email sent by them pops up on your mobile, and it will have a Return Merchandise Authorization Number with valuable instructions on how to ship the product back to the seller.

Step 2:

  • The unused and unworn products can be returned in original packaging within 30 days from the original purchase date with a copy of the original receipt received during the purchase. Original and return shipping costs will not be repaid.

  • Store credit for the price will be issued on all merchandise returned within 60 days of the original purchase date after the initial 30 days. No expiry date for store credits. The products bought from Mammoth are eligible to be returned under the return policy.

  • Seven days is enough to credit the refund amount to your credit card or original method of payment. Authorized dealers have a separate return policy to return the products bought from them.

Step 3:

  • Upon receiving and inspecting your return, you will receive an email notification acknowledging the receipt of your returned item. Additionally, they will inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • For further details, you are encouraged to contact the customer service department, which provides solutions to any kind of questions.

  • During the warranty process, Mammoth Coolers may provide you with one of the following solutions: either a warranty replacement or warranty service during the 1-year warranty period.

What is covered under the Mammoth Coolers Warranty?

Every MAMMOTH product is warranted against defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the original owner. This warranty is applicable exclusively to the original owner, and proof of the original purchase is necessary for any warranty claims. The warranty is non-transferable. In the event of a validated warranty claim, MAMMOTH will, at its discretion, either repair or replace the product or any part deemed defective.

What is NOT covered under the Mammoth Coolers Warranty?

The warranty becomes void if the product is improperly used, structurally altered, or exposed to stress beyond the physical limits of the materials used in the body or components. Additionally, damages resulting from abnormal use, misuse, abuse, neglect, alterations, unauthorized repairs, water damage, dragging/dropping damage, or failure to follow recommended care and use instructions are not included. This warranty does not hold the manufacturer responsible for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the product. Normal wear and tear are not covered by the warranty.
