Step 1:

  • The customer support team has been providing solutions for various sales, order, and order lookup issues. The issues or questions related to warranty extension, parts lookup, repair tracking, and enrollment are handled by technical support.

  • Their service extends beyond the topics mentioned above, and they can also address queries related to shopping, account creation, products, and Lenovo forums.

Step 2:

  • The registration process will only take a couple of minutes. Primarily, it involves updating warranty dates, product registration, or service. Registration is impracticable unless you have an account.

  • For the most efficient processing of your return and refund, Lenovo recommends receiving and sending your products back to them with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Step 3:

  • The return time period is not similar for all products and it is based on the site of purchase and type of the products. The date of the invoice is the starting point of the time period.

  • The RMA (Return Authorization Number), return shipping label, and next steps will be sent to you via email within 48 hours for processed returns. Please use the original packaging to return the products along with all accessories attached.

  • Lenovo advises you to wait for 5-10 business days as this is the period the manufacturer takes for inspection and crediting the refund amount to the original form of payment.

Lenovo Warranty Period:

  • 30-day return policy

  • 1-year warranty on sealed battery
