Step 2:

  • Register your Bose product with the exact serial number, proceed to the next step, and fill in the required info to register your product completely.

  • Find the product's serial number, which is usually located on the bottom or back of the device. You may also find it on the product packaging or the warranty card.

  • If you have purchased Bose products directly from Bose, you can return them to Bose. If the product was purchased from a third-party retailer, the return must be made to that retailer.

  • The return period for Bose products is 30 days from the date of purchase. If the product was purchased from a Bose retail store, the return period is 45 days.
