Step 1:

  • It is important to note that there is no registration method followed by the Kmart. Subjects such as tracking the orders, delivery, order changes, exchange returns, payments, and other supports have clearly been explained on the help and FAQs page.

  • The facility for tracking your order is available, and you should supply your order number and email address for your order status to be checked. The tracking ID number and link are sent with the shipping confirmation email after your product is dispatched.

  • The activation of the tracking ID takes up to one business day, and a total of four business days are taken for the entire order process, from dispatch to the confirmation of shipping details via email.

Step 2:

  • The products that are in original packaging with instruction manuals and all accessories, unworn, unused, and unassembled are permitted to return within 60 days. The fixed timeframe is for non-OnePass members. The OnePass members can return the products within 365 days.

  • The products returned after 60 days will be eligible to claim an exchange voucher with several exclusions. These items include, and are subject to change, products related to Christmas, Easter, Halloween, Mother's Day, and Father's Day.

  • In order to process a refund, you'll be required to provide relevant information for your return or to meet legal requirements. Failure to provide this information may result in the inability to process your return.
