Proof of purchase is mandatory to claim the warranty. Quality-related defects on items sold directly by DOSS are covered by a one-year limited warranty. The defective product's warranty number is important. There may be a necessity to send the product for valuation.
If you've bought a product through the official website and wish to initiate a return for reimbursement, you have a 30-day window starting from the date the item was delivered to the specified shipping address. There are no shipping charges needed to return.
Upon the item's arrival at the warehouse, the processing time for a return and the issuance of a refund usually ranges from 1 to 2 days for PayPal. However, depending on your credit card company, this process may extend up to 10-14 days.
