  • Confirm that the factory seal and product labels are intact, as any alteration, removal, or modification of these labels without official approval will render the warranty null and void.

Step 2:

  • Consult the official instructions for use to perform initial troubleshooting, ensuring the hardware is operating within its specified environment to rule out non-product failures.

  • Open a diagnostic ticket with the technical team; provide a detailed description of the failure and system logs to help determine if the unit requires the supply, repair, or replacement of parts.

  • Verify that the hardware has not been arbitrarily disassembled or assembled, as repairs performed at non-approved service centers are not covered under the limited policy.

Step 3:

  • If a material or manufacturing defect is confirmed, obtain an official authorization number from the support team before returning any hardware for service.

  • Pack the defective unit securely ideally in its original packaging to protect internal components, such as lenses and mainboards, during transportation to the service center.

  • Coordinate with the authorized representative for the final resolution; Hanwha’s obligations are limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts and do not include removal or reinstallation costs.
