Locate the unique Serial Number on the device label or via the Wisenet Device Manager; for network products, eligibility is determined by the serial number and manufacture date.
Secure a digital copy of your original purchase supporting documentation, as this is required to validate the start of your coverage; without it, the time limit is determined by the date of manufacture.
Confirm that the factory seal and product labels are intact, as any alteration, removal, or modification of these labels without official approval will render the warranty null and void.
Consult the official instructions for use to perform initial troubleshooting, ensuring the hardware is operating within its specified environment to rule out non-product failures.
Open a diagnostic ticket with the technical team; provide a detailed description of the failure and system logs to help determine if the unit requires the supply, repair, or replacement of parts.
Verify that the hardware has not been arbitrarily disassembled or assembled, as repairs performed at non-approved service centers are not covered under the limited policy.
If a material or manufacturing defect is confirmed, obtain an official authorization number from the support team before returning any hardware for service.
Pack the defective unit securely ideally in its original packaging to protect internal components, such as lenses and mainboards, during transportation to the service center.
Coordinate with the authorized representative for the final resolution; Hanwha’s obligations are limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts and do not include removal or reinstallation costs.
Typically 5 years for network products (varies by model/region)
